Are photos required to submit the form?
No. Photos are optional, but clear daylight images of both headlights usually make the initial assessment more useful.
Will the form automatically book an appointment?
No. It creates a private quote request. Service fit, price, location, and appointment timing still need to be confirmed.
What if the headlights have cracks or moisture inside?
Include that information and photos. Cracks, broken tabs, failed seals, internal condensation, bulbs, wiring, and reflector problems are outside exterior restoration and may need another repair or replacement.
