Before-and-after headlight restoration results

Here are examples of our recently completed work.

How to judge a before-and-after result

Compare the same area

A useful comparison keeps the headlight, camera angle, and visible damage easy to identify instead of hiding the starting condition.

Look at the original problem

Cloudiness, yellowing, peeling coating, sanding marks, pitting, and deeper damage do not all respond the same way.

Expect vehicle-to-vehicle differences

The condition of the headlights, prior work, remaining coating, damage depth, shape, sun exposure, and selected service all affect the outcome.

What a photo can show

Photos can show changes in visible haze, yellowing, dullness, peeling material, or surface clarity. They help you see whether the work addressed the condition that was present.

What a photo cannot promise

A picture cannot guarantee the same result on another vehicle, prove a fixed lifespan, or show whether cracks, internal moisture, seals, reflectors, bulbs, wiring, or broken tabs need another repair.

Questions about headlight restoration results

Why do you only show original work?

Because a results page should show work completed by HB Headlight Restoration. Generic photos can explain a process elsewhere on the site, but they are never presented as customer results.

Will my headlights look exactly like another vehicle?

Not necessarily. Starting condition, pitting, peeling coating, scratches, previous DIY work, headlight shape, and internal or structural damage can change what is realistically possible.

Can photos tell whether my headlights are restorable?

Clear daylight photos can help with an initial assessment, especially a front view and close-ups of both headlights. Some conditions still need to be confirmed in person.
